He had campaigned and gradually sorted the Theo Stanton Brabham-cha ss i ed, Porcheengined car he wa killed in, during two seasons - and a bright 1972 Tasman looked to be the just reward for his tremendous effort .During the 1971 season, the Stanton car was entered for the Sandown round of the Tasman, but expired in private practice and never started.
